• All fees paid towards any IT training program are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Once a student completes the registration and makes the payment, the seat is considered confirmed. The fee covers training resources, course materials, trainer allocation, and administrative arrangements. Therefore, no refund requests will be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

              • Change of mind after enrollment

              • Inability to attend classes

              • Scheduling conflicts or personal reasons

              • Lack of usage of course materials or sessions

              • Discontinuation of the course midway

• We strongly advise all students to carefully review the course details, syllabus, schedule, and other relevant information before making the payment.
